tech: inflation - thrown blocks expand, and throwing charges faster
fermions applies to thrown blocks as well

junk tech: posture - stand tall
junk tech: rhythm - you oscillate up and down

shieldingBoss no longer shields other bosses
mine damage is about 25% better
final boss leave a body
